What is needed for InfiNET's VoIP phone solutions
All you need for our Cloud based-PBX is a VoIP handset or phone, and an internet connection, we recommend a minimum of 100/40 Mbps for your internet service, this will allow for clear and consistent voice services.

Can I use my existing desk phones or portable handset equipment?
Yes – You can BYO your existing phone equipment such as desk phones or portable DECT phones or wireless VoIP phones. All devices are compatible with our cloud based PBX solution. If you have any further questions, speak to one of our TechSperts today.
How does InfiNET move my service to you?
We can move your existing VoIP service from your proivder to us. All we need from you is a recent bill/invoice that shows your account number and phone numbers you wish to port over. You can complete a Porting Authority Form and will handle the porting for you.
What is the cost of porting my phone numbers to InfiNET?
Transfer your phone number to InfiNET Broadband for a one off fee of $20.00 per number (Category A Port)
- $150.00 for 1-5 numbers on a complex Category C Port
