What is HIR Network?

InfiNet Hope Island Resort Internet plans are only available within the Hope Island Resort. * Only available in selected HIR Ethernet or HIR FTTP (Fibre To The Premise) areas.

No – There are no connection fee’s or contracts when signing up with InfiNet Broadband’s HIR Private fibre internet services for personal home use or business use. 

InfiNet Broadband supplies all technology types througout the Hope Island Resort. Available tehnology types vary in certain areas of the resort. The following connection types are:  FTTP + FTTB + HFC + FTTC + FTTN

*InfiNET Ultra-Fast plans are only available in FTTP and select HFC areas.

Yes – InfiNet Broadband internet services allow you to use your existing modem/ router as BYO.  Most, if not all modem/routers are compatible with the HIR (Hope Island Resort) internet services. 

Hope Island resort has a few different types of technologies and speeds (click here to view speeds) tiers available. Most of the HIR network is HFC technology and will allow speeds of up to 1000 Mbps. Other areas throughout the resort are supplied via GPON fibre network, again providing speeds of up to 1000 Mbps.
